That is not the point and it should have been obvious to you, pay attention to details for a change.
F-16 in shown configuration (3 big tanks, 2 bombs) can fly far. F-15 of course is much better(CFTs, 1 tank and you're good for a couple of heavy bombs + some self defense), but Israel ultimately doesn't have that many platforms to be picky.
They tried their best to cause immediate collapse(or give Trump impression that collapse is imminent, he just needs to jump in and win). This required sorties.

Iran has zero AD systems if they have any their just refusing to use them, that’s why whatever Israel launches at Iran, it hits. Yes Israel is depleting their AD stockpile but would you rather have them not use it or use it to protect themselves
Even if Russia wanted to help, It’s not like they can help anyways. They need their weapons and ammo for Ukraine they can’t afford to waste it on Iran
How do you actually know if every Israel agm hit? Ask yourself how can you verify that besides base on vibes?
There's small chance they're waiting cleanups. Trying dispersal won't work unless Iran doesn't control it's own ground.
