No it cannot because it either actually gives it up and thus loses all leverage against the US simply changing its mind or it doesn't and the US doesn't trust it anyways and keeps the sanctions on.It can offer to terminate its nuclear program for good, which is what the U.S. is demanding.
The alternative is likely to be be further escalation by the U.S., and Iran is unlikely to come out on top if such escalation occurs.
Iran pretty much allowed US to bomb it, even though it was more symbolic bombing. Pretty absurd stuff is happening. We don't even know what the Iranian response to American bombs will be and Iran has already inflicted most damage to Tel Aviv since the Gulf War, while largely holding back a good chunk of its arsenal precisely for the possibility of American joining in. What more resistance are you expecting, considering that Israel is still the more technogically advanced party here?
Nobody ever said you needed battlefield victories to win wars. How many wars has America been in now where they've won every battle but still lost?
The enriched uranium stockpile was evacuated some time ago according to Iranian state mediaPerhaps this is just me reading too much social media on the topic without being informed, but if the US was succesful in destroying the nuclear sites shouldn't have there been radiation spikes on those areas?
Anyhow, being morning we should be getting satellite images soon of those sites.
