wait, so blue color is not the indicator of practice round?

Blue color is the standard paint for practice round. PL12 is all blue without the 3 yellow bands, and PL12AE has additional 3 yellow bands on the blue painted body.

Note that this is just my observation, not from official source since I have not seen any official statement on the meaning of the 3 yellow bands.
