That is a mockup of how the cockpit for the Su-57M is supposed to look like.
Notice the panoramic main screen and the large HUD piece in it.
They use the T-50-7 static mockup as a preview for Su-57M.
From what I understand the cockpit screens in the current serial Su-57 are similar to those in the Su-35. Although the flight computer and avionics are new and much more advanced than those in the Su-35.

- 10 billion RMB in engines for AECC
- 60 billion RMB in aerospace, defense and aerospace technology application and service industries for CASC
- 60 C919 and 40 C909 between COMAC and HNA Group (Hainan Airlines)
- Confirmed orders for 12 aircraft worth 526 million RMB and intention orders for 268 aircraft worth 9.736 billion RMB for AVIC
