I imagine it is more like a self deployable turret, as in it walks to a designated position then hunker down and turn into a fixed turret. Probably useful in environments where tread ugv can't get to.

Does anyone know what these anti-cluster mini-missiles look like?

This seems like a system designed to counter drone swarms. I wonder how small and cost effective the mini-missiles are.
