Holy shit how does someone even react like that .
That part of the bay area/silicon valley is pretty safe from the MAGAs , but the problem is when she goes to the mountain ski resorts or other parts of murica. Pretty sure she would keep a low profile outside of some of the more liberal bubbles. Besides, most people will forget once the inflamatory propaganda media find something else to focus on.
The ultra nationalists and conservatives in Korea are making Korea look really bad. MSM is actively trying to explore it to drive wedge between Koreans and Chinese. However, I don't really care. Enough is enough. Kimchi, Hanbok, and the uproar over the short track medal are non-issue. It is like Koreans are trying so hard and so desperate to be unreasonable and being a jackass.

Americans are frying their circuits because someone they naturally don't consider American chose China over the US and then won gold. And on top of that she's a US model.
Do you want to live in a world interpreted by these types where you're supposed to feel ashamed for being Chinese? They wonder why when even liberals in the US make excuses to discriminate and be racist against Asians, i.e. college admissions. Americans are about tokenism. That's why Americans ignore the majority of the world like they don't exist and why they're worried about China giving attention to the world they've ignored. They think if they treat one race nice, they're treating all races nice when it's just tokenism where they think they should rewarded as if they did treat the entire world with kindness. That's how they cheat their way from doing the hard work. I was once called a racist by a gay man because I dared to say that you can get all whites, blacks, and even Latinos together, because that's who Americans talk like they make up the world, and they still don't make the majority of the world. In the US everyone else is ignored like what they want doesn't matter to the world. They hate China simply because China's existence ruins the Christian interpretation of the history of the world. Their bible, not written by God, wrote only about the known world at the time it was written. China is the longest continuing civilization on Earth and they act like Chinese are carpetbaggers onto their world. If it was written by God, wouldn't God have known about his own creations to then write about in "his" bible? You want to throw Christianity into chaos in the world, the Chinese should start talking about that.. loudly. That's why they have to take over China like any evil conqueror in history and rewrite Chinese history to fit with the Christian narrative. If they don't do it, people around the world are going to see how Christianity is a lie and not convert especially when China eclipses the US economically and technologically. If God favors his followers the most, would he allow that to happen...? Their fear of China shows how insecure they are in their own faith with God. And what's China's crime? Just existing. They claim it's about human rights. No, those are excuses to cover up how they hate the Chinese just for existing. Anti-Asian hate crimes in the US in 2021 rose 300% from the year before. The mainstream media is already tired of talking about it. You think if they actually cared, they would stop talking about it? They have to stop talking about it in order to bash China because it would look hypocritical that Asians in the US are being attacked because they're not seen as American blaming them for what China does. The only thing left for her to do is study in China, given the likelihood that she's be a hate-crime victim the moment she lands state-side. The admission departments of Tsinghua, PekingU, Fudan or Jiaotong should be contacting her already...
