That's not much of. Ground clearence for a amphibious assault vehicle. Also no ramp or hatch yet it clearly has tracks. Maybe a landing craft for shallow water. The tracks being so that it can unbeach it's self.

Remember the following mystery SAM that was first seen in June (or July?) 2018?

It turned out to be the HQ-8 anti-AWACS missile (range: 400 km) powered by a solid-liquid rocket ramjet (SLRR) motor.
