Does ALMT (长征贸易进出口公司) even exist? All reference to it relate this this artillery round, and it appears to be originated from kanwa, which isn't reliable.
The only similar sounding real company I can find is ALIT (航天长征国际贸易有限公司), which sells LY-80, M20 (Chinese Iskander) etc. Which makes more sense. But it does not have any reference to this artillery round.
Perhaps fake news created by kanwa that everyone took too seriously?

it's not a fake news,image of the inert round appear in Dubai defense exhibition.appeare on january 2013 issue of kanwa.
Actually in the picture of the round, you can see the title of the company is 航天长征国际贸易有限公司 (ALMT) instead 长征贸易进出口公司 (ALIT).

You can see the news from ALIT here about their participation at defense exhibition. No mentioning of any thing special in the world of artillery rounds.. Though can sort of see the picture used for the magical 100km round in the picture of their booth.
Until I see a detailed placue of that round and the spec in the Dubai exhibit, I would call it a Pinkov creation. Most like showing a picture some random artillery, then make up the specs create a phantom weapon. Then intentionally mis-translate ALIT so people can't back trace.
Can you provide the link to the official confirmation by Chinese government. I try searching the net, but couldn't find (maybe my language is not as good as yours). Thanks.
