Refitted up to 094 standards?

I don't think the noise levels will. In terms of accommodations, controls, safety, and electronics, maybe. It cannot be considered a combat capable submarine given its age and being noisy, but it can still be useful for training crews. This certainly answers the question of the fate of this submarine.
