Seems all these rambling come from that book from ATG which is already three years old to begin with.
Also for your information, these are the same people who believe a 041 was sunk in shipyard and all PLAN ship are built with partial civilian standard thus more susceptible to damage.

Some speculations: In the Jiajiang base, the white-roofed building is the prototype reactor of the 095, the blue-roofed building is the prototype 093, and the black-roofed building can be identified as the prototype reactor of 091.

Picture 2 is the reactor building of 091's prototype.

The prototype submarine reactor required a very small building area. At that time in 2015, the Jiajiang base was still largely confined to a valley. The white-roofed building was nearing completion in 2015, which I believe aligns well with the timeline for the Type 095 reactor development(start 3-4years before first ship ordered).

It cannot be ruled out that it is the prototype of 093C, while 095 uses a scaled-down core for testing on it.

What is the power rated for the 093B's reactor? And for 095's reactor? And for 096 ?

Are they at 220MW ?
