They added pumpjet to it, so noise level might be improved a bit.
It's a new major variant of a submarine and likely can be considered a new separate class.
We do not know definitively what all of the changes they've made, and can only do informed speculation.
If you want to ask what the current educated guesses/consensus is, ask that instead, and please do so in full sentences.

It's interesting to me that the suspected hull 3 from earlier this year was never confirmed with high quality imagery.
I think we should be cautious wrt hull count, though I agree that it is not inconceivable that this is hull no. 4 (or 3, if the suspected hull 3 earlier this year wasn't it)
I wouldn't be too excited. While it's not impossible that this is hull 4 (or hull 3), ideally we need higher quality imagery to confirm.
