Does China have enough naval helicopters to properly populate all the LHD and LPDs? So far from IISS it looks like China's total helicopter count is extremely low compared to US and Russia. The situation is even worse when it comes to naval helicopters

I think they have too few helicopters as well, especially modern ones. But I doubt public numbers bandied in the West are all that accurate. You can expect them to have enough naval helicopters but a lot might be older types like Z-8 or Z-9.

Will there be new 075 and 076 in the future? Considering that every time an amphibious assault ship is built, a province will have to say goodbye to the super aircraft carrier, it is too terrifying.

While IISS is probably the only real Western source that can somewhat gauge PLA numbers, it's not entirely accurate. Not much is known in detail about China's helicopter fleet in the same way it is for fixed-wing aircraft, so its quite hard to estimate what their count is, hence why those reports always have very low numbers for their helicopters, or just regurgitate the same numbers the previous years over and over. But I don't see why they shouldn't have enough for their LHDs, but will continue to grow.

Yeah as usual counts of PLA equipment involves a lot of guesswork, sifting through the rumor mill, and large margins of error. Still all things considered I don't think there should be much concern about lack of helicopters. China should have plenty of production capacity for them and they're using entirely local designs which have been seen in numbers. So there shouldn't really be any bottlenecks and while there might still be a decent number of older helicopters in service that's more just efficient use of resources rather than lack of ability or capacity to acquire the new stuff.

IISS is the worst possible source for PLA numbers especially Helicopters.. its even harder for PLA enthusiast to track helicopter numbers let alone for an outsider like IISS.. unlike for fixed-wing aircraft. which we can easily track and ironically fans don't care about Helicopters. so we barely have information..

PLAAF/PLAN helicopters numbers rapidly growing. Z-20 all variants have disclosed and heavy attack Helicopter Z-21 too revealed..

and its obvious they only produce helicopters when these LHDs started to enter in service. first type 075 commissioned in April, 2021

Z-8/Z-18 and Z-20 all Naval variants currently under production.
