Wow this would add huge ASW capability to PLAN
If 30,000 tons plus then we are looking at 30 choppers
The airwing can be
6 x Z10 for assault
12 x Z18 for troop transport
6 x Z18F for ASW
4 x Z9C for SAR
28 helicopters

The elevator positions would seem to hobble moving aircraft to and from the front of the flight deck though.

Just a wild guess on my part but I am going to predict PLAN's future LHD/LHAs will have deck edge elevators and not indeck ones so the rendering in my opinion is slightly incorrect.
Yeah, the stern one is fine. But the other elevator will probably be deck edge and in front of the superstructure.

Yes. Check last page. But it is a fan drawing anyway, so anything is possible.

In that case they better start pumping out those Type 726 LCAC a dozen just won’t cut it anymore
Also better start showing some load on those units otherwise this whole ARG thing falls apart
6 x LPD with 4 units each is 24 x LCAC
4 x LHD with 2 units is 8 x LCAC
Total LCAC is 32 they need a lot more
Z-8/18, Z-9, Z-10, Z-20, and Ka-28 are all represented. Seems overly representative IMO, as the Z-9 and Ka-28 are made more less redundant by the other classes present.
My other pet peeve has always been the lack of attention to firing arcs. The CIWS and SRSAM launchers should have 180 degree firing arcs, which all 4 positions seem to fall somewhat short of.
