There is a huge typhoon headed to the Philippines, and when it goes through, the typhoon will be headed next to the South China Sea and possibly to the southern China coast. Isn't that something the PLAN should consider with the 075 at Hainan? Or if the Shandong is going to be on its way south? In cases of typhoon, all the ships in the naval base will evacuate the base and head somewhere in the sea to avoid the path of the typhoon. The PLAN has two major bases, one in Hainan and other in Zhanjiang.
