Correct but the speed of fitting out and trial are much slower average 2 to 3 years from launching to commissioning
They need to speed up on trial and fitting out. china need all hand on deck now that the global security situation is heating up

And Chinese currently pulls all rotary wing from other naval units

There is no dedicated naval aviation brigade

I wonder, how important for Chinese Navy are LHDs like Type 075? They don't need them for Senkoku, nor for Taiwan. For South China Sea, I think also not too much. Type 071 should be enough?
