It is not. 075 is said to be a LHD, not LPD.

This forum is separated into various forums/areas.

Under the Chinese Navy Form there are threads about virtually every Chinese vessel, including the Type 071 LPD (Landing Platform Dock) which is similar to the US San Antonio Class, and the Chinese LHD/LHA which includes the Type 075.

I was speaking about the Type 071 here on the Type 071 LPD thread, which is where discussions about it belong...or perhaps when something "breaking" occurs in the "PLAN Breaking news" Thread.
