Well I am glad that apparently my pictures are very popular being "all over the internet".
And if you did not take them from ships-potting you're not to blame.
This does however not detract from the fact that the one who took them from shopspotting should have asked for permission.
The "scene" should be thankful for your photographic contributions.
Unfortunately, you can't reasonably count on the lazy and thoughtless denizens of the interwebs to credit you whenever reposting your photos (even if that's the right thing to do).
For practical purposes: watermarking your photos will help you receive the credit you expect and deserve.
