The old Hudong-Zhonghua site at Pudong is still being used for fitting-out work of 054AG FFGs and 054-mod cutters. Those FFGs and cutter have been moved here from the new Changxin site likely due to insufficient fitting-out spaces there.

It is very rare to see a frigate or a frigate size cutter, launched/ float out in almost 100% primer paint.
