Shanghai Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding Corp. announced that a new vessel would be launched in 11:40 to 12:40 August 25. This should be the Type 54A #40 vessel.

It may be the one in the first pic you posted above.

And #39 was launched from Guangzhou Huangpu Shipyard in August 11.

Its originally 20, but the contract has been altered to 12 054A and 8 054B. The last remaining 8 has been altered to the next model.
