The sixth, , 153, was just commissioned on February 9th I believe, into the East Sea Fleet. That made four for the ESF and two for the SSF.

Normaly Yulin to Yalong Bay her homeport, planned for the first four 052D, rattached to 9th DDG Flot/SSF which get actualy 1 x 052C, 2 x 052C, 4 x 054A, last year the two 052B are left for Zhanjiang she is the more powerful unit with 6th/ESF which get now 4 x 052C.
In fact close Sanya 2 bases

If you look carefully at the main gun, you can see there's definitely a second 052D docked right next to the unnumbered one.

Ok looks like there's a misunderstanding on what is on show here
Here's my take
First we have FFG 575 behind that is another Type 054A
Second we have FFG 574 behind that there is a Type 052D
Third we have a Type 052D with another Type 052D behind it
So overall the picture has 3 x Type 054A and 3 x Type 052D
