I'm fairly certain a CY-1 could fit inside a 650x650mm Mk-41 cell, since it looks to be very much in the same class as VLA. I think even an S-300 could also fit into a Mk 41 given that its wings fold, so its total dimensions will not be much greater than its diameter of 500mm. Which means that HHQ-9 could fit for sure since it's smaller than an S-300.
A Mk-41 VLS cell has a 635mm (25 inches) VLS cell but that's the outer diameter. It's inter diameter is "only" 558mm (22 inches). Type-52D has a diameter of 85mm but I don't know for sure if it's outer or inner.
HQ-9 is quite large. AFAIK the first stage has a diameter of 700 mm and the 2nd stage 560 mm. In this image you can see that the missile slightly enlarges itself as it goes toward the engine (or maybe it's just my eyes..). But if someone has more reliable data I'm for it.
