The PLAN might only have enough personnel to fill out six 055s in the short term.

These images posted by cirr on PakDef shows the migration of the two 052Ds in Dalian with greater clarity and comparison, along with time stamps. Note that the crane is moving those modules, as these images are likely to be capturing the movement of the sections the moment they are happening. The crane could be lifting the entire ship in one piece.

Note the other Type 052D on the water that only shows up in the fourth picture at the top part. I believe that ship was on trials and has come home.

I think, depending how you may interpret the blurry image, that there might be a second Type 055 in sections, along with the other Type 055 in sections next to the dock.

So it took 2 weeks to move the pair of ships. Seems the crane have to move this slow to be safe.

First and fourth pictures isn't as relevant since the ships could have begun their move later and ended earlier. Its the second and third pictures, since you can see one ship being moved on 7/31 midway and by 8/2 that ship has already been laid. I think the actual transfers is around a day or so for each ship.

From LKJ86 at Pakdef.

The top of a new Type 052D. Some of the equipment on top of the bridge are different from the older batches.

The newer ships, with the Type 1130 CIWs and the revised Type 346A without the sticks, have a revised layout on top.

Note the older ships.

The true test of this system would be a 5m or even 3m altitude target impact. Can't really tell the altitude of those puffs of smoke from this photo.

Amazing!

This means that the front rows are now free to start building most vessels

Either more Type055 or Type 052D
