Only 11 Ticos are retiring in 2020s, the other 11 are being upgraded to serve into 2030s (lol).

At USN's new standard retirement age of 35 years (invented under the Trump administration, up from 33 years), only 7 Burkes will retire in the 2020s too.

Retirements will be matched by induction of new destroyers, there will no shrinkage in fleet size or capability.
imply 18 (eighteen) Flight-III Burkes will be built until the end of 2020s?

The planned DDG-51 build rate is 2-3 ships per year. The exact numbers are up in the air because plans change all the time (see the recent change from 308 to 355-ship requirement) and those plans may or may not be realistic in the first place. But even winding the retirement age back to 33 years and building only 2 DDG-51s per year, there will be no significant loss of numbers or capability.

A lighter variant of the Russian AK-130 but which have 2 barrels, i search the number of rounds in magazine i have for the 100 mm of the Chinese DDGs, 400 rounds.
This one 50+ tons ( AK-130 do 95 ) range 30 km, max 40 rds/mn

The below deck portion of the model seems to be held together by tape.

Several aspect of the Chinese gun seems odd.

1. There seems to be more facets than necessary on the gun house. The sides do not incline inward in conformance to the slope of typical superstructure on modern Chinese warships. This increases the reflective hotspots from the gun house and reduce its and the ship’s stealthiness.

2. The prominent exposed recoil cylinder and recouperator cylinder also worsen the radar reflectivity of the mount. Also, these cylinders sees larger and more prominent than in most other contemporary gun mounts. Many modern mounts are able to House these entirely behind the Mantlet. I am somewhat surprised the Chinese didn’t try to reduce the side of these cylinders, or House their exposed parts in a more radar stealthy shroud.

Not sure if this is professionally made. Just check out the whole facility. It looks like someone's garage...
