Any recent photo of 168?An update on 169's upgrade/overhaul.
Part of the VLS is seen from the front. ESM mast is clearly and predictably changed to the standard used on the 052D. Changes also on the ECM, ESM, DLS, and new SATCOMs. The DLS is now transferred to the rear 052D style. There is another mast on the background and it's likely to be 169 on the other side of pier.
It seemed that MR-90 target illumination radars have not been reinstalled.
They may not be using them. Instead the refit may use the new type of illumination radars seen in the fifth batch of 054A.
The front illuminators are not installed yet, but there are sets in the rear near the decoy launchers. The sets have their faces looking up, which means they might not have been properly installed yet, only placed there in preparation for their real installation.
This section in the front bow looks like a VLS. There's only 16 there and the VLS space does not extend to the large foredeck. The other 16 should be in the back part of the hanger. This is similar to the original arrangement with 24 Shtil missile in the front and 24 in the hanger. This arrangement is similar to the Sovremenny. It's not like the 054A style with all 32 launchers in the front and used with the 051B refit. There is a question if an HQ-10 launcher will be installed on the foredeck.
Red indicates possible target illuminator while blue are the decoy launchers.

Not offset. The VLS is set behind the hanger or fore of the hanger. The hanger is big enough to accomodate both helo and vls.
