I think this indicates that the construction has reached the deck level
This render shows how the finished 004 could look using the latest photos we've seen for reference. Much of the remaining design is, of course, still speculative.
I think that render has been around for a really long time. Unless the same creator updated it recently
He just made a few adjustments based on the most recent detailed photos. The stern of the ship is noticeably different from previous designs.

Just out of curiosity, as I was reading 中华人民共和国行政区划 refence: (). It says 目前中国有34个省级行政区，包括23个省、5个自治区、4个直辖市、2个特别行政区, which reads to me like HK and Macau SARs are Provincial level administrative regions and as such, according to 海军舰艇命名条例 that Class 1 capital ships such as carriers are named after provincial level admin regions, there is a likelihood that we could see a 004 Hong Kong ship eventually. Correct me if I'm wrong in this interpretation.
