00X/004 future nuclear CATOBAR carrier thread

My bad, I was thinking it looked too unnecessarily big for a nuclear carrier. Do you know why they kept the structure there for so long?
I can only guess. Could be they keep it as a store or office building or a lab? More likely a store since there are no visible windows.

I find these small modules more interesting, may be they are sub-modules of island structure? We will see if this is true in future photo.

It's too early to talk about the island superstructure now. The entire area below the waterline is not yet complete, not to mention the upper hangar module and the extended deck. It would be considered very fast if we could see the island superstructure early next year.

Official hint that the 4th ship is nuclear, and it might have the hull number "19"
The Fujian has a new recruit named 何剑 He Jian (a pun on héjiàn, “nuclear carrier”), aged 19 (hull number 19).

廖宁(辽宁) 单东(山东) 付建(福建) 何剑(核舰)--> Liao Ning for Liaoning, Shan Dong for Shandong, Fu Jian for Fujian, and He Jian as a pun on “nuclear carrier.”

That entire video segment was a combination of high quality footage, slapstick comedy coded scene cuts, fever dream triumph of the human spirit performance art, and obscure insider hinting... truly worthy of a PLA commemorative video.

Yup, they really aren't attempting to hide those hints and messaging.

(The ship's name list on the right is added in and not in the original video.)

While we're on it and as we haven't seen anything new in a while, here are some images: you be the judge whether they are pictures of the 004 taken by a Game Boy camera or very blurry photos of a piece of gravel.

The bow is still a work in progress, but the stern seems to be structurally complete.
