Jilin Satellite updates its satellite imagery every two months, but only offers the high-definition image from the previous update to non-commercial users. Therefore, this is an older satellite image that was recently updated
But we already have images much more recent than early September! ... like this from 19th November

You're assuming the Type 004 has two nuclear reactors.
How do you know it doesn't have four reactors?
I'm not saying I have the answer.
I'm just saying we technically don't have confirmation yet.
It's pretty obviously already, only spacing for two containment boxes exist
