I must admit, I'm surprised ... after all these years, a - at least for me - so far unknown JH-7A prototype no. 816 was spotted for the first time. Briefly shown in a promotional video for NORINCO at the Zhuhai Airshow and carrying a YJ1000-1 1000kg LGB.

There are several ones out there showing JH-7As armed with YJ-83K and here also KH ... the JH-7B however never progressed beyond the prototype stage and was also never able to carry the monster YJ-12.

F-15E is more of a multirole fighter rather than a dedicated fighter-bomber.
