Chinese cuisine dominates the Asian restaurant scene, representing 39% of establishments, followed by Japanese and Thai cuisines. Indian and Filipino restaurants have a smaller presence despite the larger share of Indian and Filipino Americans in the Asian population. The analysis also revealed that Asian restaurants are concentrated in a few states, with California, New York and Texas having the highest numbers.
