If he is calling for Macron's head then unfortunately it is too late since 50% of the French people are already doing the same thing so he needs to wait in line.

Zelensky is a separate figure than Ukraine establishment and it is understood in UAE to certain extent as those countries look at personality of leaders much closer. i doubt he went to UAE in 2021 only for Ukraine. more like creating personal relationships. his wife later trip spend a bit of time there later on.

I must add that I was a little struck by the extremely low level of media attention to Zelensky’s visit. I want to talk separately about this moment. In Ukraine, the president’s trip was not immediately noticed, mainly due to the fact that it was reported the day before. In the Middle East, this event was almost ignored. As I already wrote, the largest TV channels Al-Jazeera, Al-Mayadeen, Al-Arabiya ignored Zelensky’s arrival in Abu Dhabi.
The first considers Ukraine to be US vassals somewhere in Europe. The second heard about Ukraine within the typical stereotypes about “beautiful women” and “delicious cuisine.” The third one remembers that Ukraine is the former Soviet Union, somewhere near Russia.
We do not have an information policy in this direction, just as there ino coherent, understandable policy in relation to different countries of the Middle East

Which in other words. Zelensky holds no power. The stance that because it’s not Zelenskyy saying it then it shouldn’t matter is complete nonsense when he is the puppet leader and thus easily replaceable.

Should China take Biden words to heart that they aren't pushing for Taiwan independence? As his own party, admin, and military does the exact opposite of his promises?

Somewhere in the middle of what the US and Russia claim in propaganda. Zelensky, on one hand, is not giving every bit of information and truth about the state of the VSU to the US. This goes against Russian ideas that he’s a complete puppet of the US. This is the “black hole” people are referring to about Ukrainian casualties. On the other hand, he receives quite a bit of conditional assistance from NATO (ISR, weapons) but has to prove himself through an offensive they direct. Zelensky also has a lot of personal latitude since he keeps Ukrainians in Bakhmut even when the loss ratio clearly isn’t in their favor.
