I'm not smart enough to know what that means. But Canada is another option if you don't speak Chinese (though lots of non-chines speakers live in China). Immigrant friendly and has large Chinese neighborhoods like Markham in Toronto. Canada may be a good option if war breaks out between US/China.

Don't live in a country you consider evil. If you have a US passport, your ability to move is relatively easy.

Like Tony Robbins liked to say, there is a world of difference between what one should/can do and what they will do. I definetly should move back to China asap, but like many others have fell into the complaceny trap of procrastination... Long term I dont think its health for anyone to live in a land in which they find so many contradictions with the nation occupying it at the time... nor is it healthy to be a race traitor or pretend to be someone one is not in order to attempt to fit in better or to be somewhat liked or accepted.

I've kinda just resigned myself to the same fate as the millions of others ethnic Chinese living in the USA, albiet most of them are still somewhat naive of the true colors of USA when it really hits the fan (AR or worse) and the gloves fully come off... I think its too late for most of us anyway, the most I can do is vicariously root for the survival of my own species while living behind enemy lines

But to your point, I would just say that hegemony > democracy... right now is US sees itself at crossroads where it feels every suspension of rights and principles are justified since its very hegemonistic survival is on the existential line ... to contain and outcompete China is #1, to that end its even willing to throw its European allies under the bus as a means to the singular end of defeating China down the road

It certainly feels like US would want to do this, but if you do it in such blatant way with explosives that lead to investigations that could trace back to you it seems like it would be counterproductive.

Welp, the Nord Stream is gone. Congratulations EU leadership on achieving your sole dependence on US shale gas and your commitment to reduce European carbon footprint! Now you have secured a chance to chose your favourite street lamp or guillotine!

Seriously though, now there is no longer any reason for EU and Russia to stop fighting. EU will continue until complete collapse of Russia, where they could obtain Russian assets for pennies (ie during collapse of USSR) to offset their losses. And Russia will continue fighting until complete capitulation of Ukraine.
