For China that is, if you want to then buy Russian oil FROM China that's a different matter.

Dear God, 4 years of trump has made the collective people of this nation into a bunch of brain dead reta&ds. How in heavens is it possible that someone who holds the position of press secretary of the USA fail basic statistics so badly? Since the WEF is control purely by the west, I believe that a power above even that of these fools (the almighty) might be allowing this to come to past to not only humble/clear out these crazy people, but also to allow the world to eventually regenerate once the greatest number of these psychos are removed from this mortal coil…. by their own hands for additional karma and to spare the rest of the world the painful task of garbage removal.
