So the Whitehouse is using a meme called “dark Brandon” which was started by someone in China. However, the meme the white house apparently uses a nazi style eagle in the background.
It's like last time Chinese trolled Anglos by putting Xi as Pooh and next to him Obama as... Tigger. You can understand the (very politically incorrect) wordplay here.
They had the westerners reposting these memes for awhile which are basically very well veiled mockery of their leader Obama, and I think a lot if not most Americans didn't understand what the joke was.
