Where's Waldo Fumio Kishida?

This is a photo op of the Gang of 7 meeting with the EU pair in Germany on June 26. The photographer picked the best angle for this photo to show the hierarchy within the criminals.

The boss takes the central and dominating position. On his left sits the bootlicker who is also the mastermind of the crime ring. His lieutenant leading the thugs sitting on the right.

The thugs and accomplices take the back seats. But the Frenchman looks like thinking that he deserves a seat in the front row. The Japanese is the sucker whose job is to wave the flag and foot the bills. No one cares what the Japanese thinks.
