Hmm, if that is the case why did this moron send tons upon Tons of weapon reserves to Ukraine.

The West and the Neocons expected a quick victory after their economic shock and awe sanctions. Problem was they had no backup plan. From their perspectives, they believed Russia would imploded and fall into civil turmoil/war thus giving the Ukrainians an opportunity to invade Crimea and the rest of Donbas.

If Russia decides to send a middle to this idiots house, he would’ve totally deserved that because not only did he send weapons to Ukraine which is already a declaration of all out war in normal terms but this idiot has the gall to say that Russia has no right to a veto and no rights to defend their sovereignty. The fact that Russia hasn’t killed his ass yet is simply a testament to Russia sheer will power not to rush into an engagement and also how Russia is starting to show just want kind of a position the EU is really in.

He is just that stupid. Borrell can as easily call for war with Russia and blurb out that the EU only has ammo for two weeks of conflict.
We already knew that much after what happened in Libya but it is really dumb of him to point that out.

Question: What improvements or modernization program plus acquisition did the Indian Air Force (IAF) made last year that has placed then ranking #3 Air Force in the world according to Global Air Power Rankings. The reports state that although PLAAF has more aircraft than IAF it lacks superiority. According to their criteria of rankings on the report the organization apparently do the following: WDMMA prepares its report by evaluating many factors like present strenghts & weaknesses of air force. It uses formula to take into account values related to the total fighting strength of the various air services of the narions thus, the military air power of a country is not analysed only based on its total quantity of aircraft but rather on its quality and general mix of inventory.

But this sentence confused and left me dumbfounded: "It also focuses on LOCAL AERO-INDUSTRY CAPABILITIES, inventory balance (General mix of unity types) and force experience."

I wasn't aware that if a country mostly imports their air craft/fighter planes, fighter bombers, transport planes, E.W. etc..that would equate to bettering a country who's industrial capacity not to mention indigenization is far more mature in comparison to India. Unless someone here can educate me on what I have been missing about the Indian Air Force is this yet another ploy by Western publication to push the Jai Hinds into thinking that they have indeed the better air force than China so that they can be goaded into another border clash? Goodness to gracious man, what the f is wrong with the West. Have they lost any semblance of critical thinking and has totally replaced it with nothing but wishful fantastical purely ideological based thinking?

I don't know why countries put restrictions on GMO in the first place, I know that some GMO are toxic because of the crops producing toxic insecticide chemicals, but this is a problem of safety testing and regulation of the companies not because GMO inherently bad. Hopefully more countries would look into allowing and investing GMO crops in the future, in order to deal with a world with worsening climate and environment conditions.

UK is lifting restruction on "Gene-edited" GMO. This type of gene-editing modification is supported by most countries including China. These GM crops or animals are developed by tweaking their DNA sequences within their DNA. Usually isolating or takeway a particular part.
However the American gmo crops and animals such as their Alantic salmons and soybeans are Transgenic, developed by inserting one or more foreign DNA sequences, thus altering their genome. This is competely going against nature. This type of gmo is what most countries are against.
