In 2020, the secessionist regime allocated the budget of NTD 1.9b (USD 65m) to upgrade 5 of their UH-60 helicopters for night SAR capabilities. The US asked them for NTD 4.3b (USD 150m).
Then in 2021, the suckers wanted to buy 5 new helicopters instead. The price became NTD 18b (USD 620m).
Both plans have been cancelled.

What exactly was Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba trying to remind us?
If he did not fail his highschool history class, he should have known that, in WW2, it was the Russians who were fighting the Nazis in Ukraine.
So, was Kuleba implying that Russians are now fighting the Nazis in Ukraine again? Or was he thinking his country as the Red Russia in WW2?
Either way, it did not sound good for him.
And where are the Ukrainian tanks in Donbass? He was in Brussels begging for the tanks and everything. If he does not get the tanks, and looks like he is not, Ukraine will not have the "large operations maneuvers and thousands of tanks". Then the battle of Donbass will not be like WW2.
If he is not stupid, his audience are.
This is not an uniquely American phenomenon. This is a social media era phenomenon.
