"We will look for (opportunities) through other countries. Perhaps through our partners - through the Turks, maybe through India. Each company will negotiate itself - we (Rosaviatsia - IF) will simply help legalize these spare parts," Kudinov said.
On February 26, the European Union imposed sanctions that prohibit the supply of civilian aircraft and spare parts to Russia, as well as their maintenance and insurance. In addition, the sanctions oblige lessors to break existing contracts with airlines by the end of March.

"The list includes technological, telecommunications, medical equipment, vehicles, agricultural machinery, electrical equipment - a total of more than 200 items of goods, including railway cars and locomotives, containers, turbines, machines for processing metal and stone, monitors, projectors, consoles and panels," the Cabinet of Ministers said in a statement.
The export of these goods is temporarily limited to all foreign countries, with the exception of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Abkhazia and South Ossetia, in respect of which the permit procedure for export, approved by a separate government decree, will apply.
Permits for the export of goods to the EAEU countries, Abkhazia and South Ossetia will be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Digitalization and the Ministry of Natural Resources, the government noted.

Frankly there's so much info on this topic to follow the trails, to dig deeper, among others just search Twitter on various hashtags starting with the Keyword #USBiolabs... but not limited to the Twitter platform only -- #USBiolabs in Ukraine & East Europe -- from different sources in the last several days, rather challenging to put them in some organized, well presented one bigger spot. I am trying to consolidate when time allows (among daily life activities)... just open one's eyes, mind and brain to follow the trails to the rabbit holes!!! After all we do live in the Matrix world! I hate it when one is trying shut the trails simply by labeling it "CONSPIRACY THEORY / THEORIST" as the CIA exploited it in 1964 to shun the critics on the Warren Commission Report on the Assassination of JFK.
