You do have a point. Although I would say the Western powers are backing up the Ukrainians a lot with intelligence now beyond the token material support which I think has contributed to frustrating the Russians.

That said, I lean more in the camp that the US will intervene in the event Taiwan conflict. There's the human element psychologically that will be decisive factor behind any US intervention, imo.
100% US will intervene, without US help, TW has zero chance and it would mean geopolitical death of the US empire

really? have you seen comments about Ukrainian women on THIS forum?

And what made you think this is made up by 1450? this channel is by 中天, Taiwan's only pro-unification channel.

Besides commenting on Ukrainian women, some members of this forum has taken a clear Russian side. That is not PRC's position!!! How would Ukrainian think about China and Chinese people if/when they see these pro-Russian comments? To me taking either side is simply wrong in the face of loss of lives.
Something tells me that you haven't been on the Chinese side of internet in the past few days...

Russia's military is a joke. They might win but not before losing so many of their troops. To think they are getting cooked by slow moving toy planes.

Sigh... to be fair, maybe it is a supply convoy that doesn't have mobile AA accompany. The Russian should be glad TB2 has very little payload capacity, if it were a WL-2 the whole convoy is toast ~Ka Ching~

First of all, I agree with you about the issue of some Chinese netizens vulgar altitude towards Ukraine and especially Ukrainian women.

However, there is no reason to blame Chinese people's "pro-Russian" attitude even if that means upsetting Ukrainians and risking danger to Chinese in Ukraine. You are well aware that Chinese are not really pro-Russia per se, it is really about anti-US and anti-NATO. For that reason, there won't be an end of this expression.

Think about it, did the Western people bothered to refrain their anti-China attitude on the subject of Xinjing, Tibet and Taiwan? Why should the Chinese always be the only one to care for others? Taking a stand and expressing ones opinion does have risks and repercussions, so be it.
