It was not an accident, as capitalism is a natural stage of human economic development. Like slavery and feudalism before it. Socialism is the next stage, as capitalism has outgrown its usefulness to lay the foundation for socialism, which require socialized industrial production and enlightenment of people.

While UK created lot of countries, those capitalist country not created by US also mostly open racist. It is hard to find a capitalist country that are not racist, regardless who created them.
Most countries are capitalist. Even China has embraced some aspects today. Are they all anti China?

No country is purely capitalist or socialist. Even the US has many socialist policies, such as pension and welfare. This is not the issue.

The issue is who is in charge of the country, the Capitalists or the People? For the US, the answer is most certainly the Capitalists.

Trade is fundamental to Capitalism, therefore Capitalism is by nature a supranational ideology.

I wouldn't say China has embraced aspects capitalism, but rather reforms have created a market economy environment... but unlike a pure market economy, the power of money (especially special interests) can never be more powerful than that of the people. In other words China has engaged market economy on its own terms.

China and russia cooperate on nuclear power plant projects in Tianwan and Xudapu nuclear power plants.
putin said "We can say that Russian-Chinese relations have reached the highest level in history,"
it seems that China and russia continues to cooperate on high level "sensitive" technologies, hopefully they can also continue to cooperate in developing alternative payment systems to neutralize american sanctions
thus i see no way that the west and america can drive a wedge between them

On a side note, correct me if i am wrong, those two reactors are close cycle breeders, generating plutonium as fuel. With China's limited uranium reserves, ramping up nuclear warheads production would require a plutonium route.

According to the article
"The two reactors being built on Changbiao are closed fuel cycle nuclear breeder reactors. They produce plutonium. That plutonium could be reprocessed and used as a fuel source for other nuclear reactors. It could also be used to produce nuclear warheads, a lot of nuclear warheads, and produce them very quickly"

"China has stopped annual voluntary declarations to the International Atomic Energy Agency [IAEA] on its stocks of civilian plutonium in 2017"

Hmm looks like China will take the plutonium route to increase her nuclear warheads stockpile

No country has a pure market economy, mostly because a pure market economy is not a stable system. When left on its own, market economies inevitably collapse into monopolies and oligarchies. This is why most nations have anti-monopoly laws.

The other myth about market economy is supply and demand. Take the labor market for example. Why do supposedly capitalist countries have such a thing as minimum wage? That is a supremely disruptive interference on price of the labor market (i.e. wages), and by extension, a host of other goods and services.

Well, the minimum wage exists because welfare exists. Welfare says the government will pay you X amount of money if you have no income. That means nobody is going to work for any wage less than what welfare pays. Therefore, if the government wants to have people in the labor force instead of being on welfare, they have to force employers to pay a minimum amount of wage.

So now why does welfare exist? Well, a lot of arguments can be made about that, but one observation is certain: people who collect welfare can predominantly characterized by a lack of education and some kind of substance abuse. These people usually have no wish to better their lives (since that would require work). Therefore, I would argue that welfare is another tool for Capitalists to enforce social control.

The Xianwan and Xudapu power plants use liquid water reactors. Just ordinary VVER-1200 reactors, not breeders.
This deal basically is for four units. Two on each site.

Russia and China have a separate project for two closed cycle CFR-600 units at Xiapu, Fujian. Which is the project mentioned in that Al-Jazeera article you posted.
