FT for once produced a good article with a twist, from where I see things the most affected employees are from the cellphone division. Most had been place in redundancy due to the sanction, some may had transfer to other division or join the other company where their talent is needed, which is normal in any business activity. But I think the loyalty for Huawei is there, Its been institutionalized. They had the resource to pay their employees for 5-7years at most under the present situation. But Things will change for the better starting today, there is no more down side, there is a plan , all is that needed is to work hard and accomplished it. And the govt is there to give support. So its up to you Huawei , surprise us again. JIAYOU!!!
