'He killed himself': A defense argument emerges in the George Floyd case

“None of these guys — even Chauvin — actually killed him," said the attorney, Earl Gray. "He killed himself."

Is there a China hawk that isn't a piece of shit?

There is no way the cop Chauvin(?) will be found guilty if the facts were allowed into the courtroom.

1. Fentanyl slows the breathing down, to the point where you can become unconscious. If the lungs stop working, no oxygen means death, no oxygen triggers organ failure such as an heart attack.

2. It makes no sense, that is if the cop strangled him, the suspect should have died on the spot, and not have died later, after the ambulance had arrived.

That is reasonable doubt, and those gloves don't fit and you must acquit, like they said on TV.

localizer ... why did you remove you comment?

All you were saying, the way I deconstruct it, was that old line.

You were saying, "Dog mouth cannot have ivory tooth." But without actually saying it, that, "Dog mouth cannot have ivory tooth."

I thought that was really funny!

He was dead by the time they got there. All of that is just lawyers trying to worm out of things for their client. It's obvious that they killed him; he might have been more fragile than your average guy but he was walking and talking before the cops came, they knelt on his neck, and he died. It's that simple. But ultimately, I hope they do acquit and the reason is because that would add so much fuel the the division in the US and make America look that much more racist and horrid on the world stage.

Mr Baden reaffirmed his findings yesterday, telling Fox News: “They tried to do CPR with him going in the ambulance and they couldn’t get a pulse.

“He had a cardiac arrest and they tried to shock him and the shocks didn’t work. He was dead before they put him on the stretcher.

Mr Baden added: “He is dead many minutes before he gets to the hospital.”

“The neck has a great deal of nerves, blood vessels, arteries, veins and the windpipe," he said.

“And pressure in that area, whether it’s the front or the side or the back, can impair blood flow to the brain, can impair breathing through the windpipe.

“In addition to that… there was compression that you can see in the videos of the back.

“Pressure on the back prevents the diaphragms from moving up and down, which is necessary to inhale and exhale.”
