I was reading about how rich are flocking to Hainan due to removal of taxes on many things.

They're lining up to buy Western luxury goods like Hermes bags n shit because they can't go to France.

Meanwhile many Chinese struggle hard.

I'm pretty sure even if the West invaded and nuked China, these people won't give a shit and continue to buy Western handbags.

The CCP needs to liberate economy and provide a place for people to store and grow their wealth, people seem to hate holding RMB, and for understandable reasons.

For the record, I agree with everything you said except for the last sentence. Why are you so upset over a simple anti-food waste campaign?

Maybe I'm interpreting it all wrong. I was thinking it's all a bit rich coming from those thinking up and approving these sorts of campaigns. But it is good to have reminders like this I suppose. Chinese wealthy don't instill a lot of confidence and respect in me. At least many of the ones I've met.

China launched an anti dumping investigation into australian wine which could lead to a crippling tariffs
serve them right, australia is us most loyal attack dog, now the sanctions comes at them like a death by a thousand cuts, first it was barley, beef and now wine, next it will be tourism and education sector at the time when their economy crashed and unemployment is worst since ww2
Now lets see if their master will buy their overpriced wine lol

Obviously Chip industry, but that's been mentioned too many times. My recommendation is leveraging new tech like DCEP and reforming financial system so we can push the RMB globally to reduce dependence on USD. Also we need a better soft power strategy.

That's good. Now China just needs to target Australia other top exports. Since coal and gas have other Asian buyers and Australia is duopoly of iron ore export, then China should go after the other two top exports which are Education and tourism. 2 out 5 top export plus other major exports got sanctioned would hurt Australia profoundly.

Yes, we should do something about Australia. Can't sell us shit but also spit in our face in the same time. Need to teach them a lesson for sure.

I don't know about iron ore. But I'm sure Africa is not short on any resources.
