Spy helicopter? Geez...
1. It's an aerial filming platform, usually used to make aerial videos of events, etc. If you really want a spying equipment you'll need to go for more advanced packages.
2. It's a quadcopter, as the 4 rotors suggest. In fact it looks like the DJI Phantom, but seems a bit smaller. The capability of the DJI Phantom itself is quite limited, and the total flight time with the GoPro camera is no more than 7min with standard configuration.

with the price tag of 1800 ~ 4000+ RMB, anyone wants to have one at home. I'd like a helicopter more, with fuel engine and large rotor.

Right you are Steel, I bought one of the 49.99 exploiters from Walmart, which have about a foot diameter countra-rotating main rotors, it climbs like a mad fool to 50-60 ft, but does not like wind, even the airconditioning makes it more difficult to control, invariably I have been losing the engine due to a weak controller. It does not auto-rotate well at all, so I have made a few Hard bounces, though if I get power restored at 20 ft the decent is usually arrested before striking the ground. It is fairly robust, although I did have to replace a couple of the plastic couplings to the main rotor,,,,several of which are included as spares.

Now the brat would love to have a real Hughes 500 to play with, like the one TC flew on Magnum PI.

Auto-rotate? on a Walmart coaxial? Those are TOYS, I think most of them are 3 channel (aka no roll/side way movements). If you are into those things, start with a Blade CX2, which has 4 channel and is a coaxial heli for easy flying indoors. Then you can move onto the Blade mSR for indoor fixed pitch heli. After that you can move onto Blade nano CPX for variable pitch heli. If you want auto rotate, you'll need a variable pitch heli, but I think the indoor ones are too small for that. Go for a TRex 450 sized electric heli for outdoor flying. I heard auto rotation is even easier on the 550 size ones.

Han Lei, who lodged an appeal after receiving death penalty, is brought into the court at the Beijing High People's Court in Beijing, capital of China, Nov. 19, 2013.
