Someone made a mixup between the fentanyl pills and steroid pills.
From his viewpoint the MOU was a result of the successfull USA military campaign.
They managed to pressure Iran to accept it to stop the war, and open up the statrait covertly under USA control, and at the same time keep the Iranian blockade.
This has serious consequences from game theory standpoint
It means the western powers incapable for agreement . Any agreement view as a success from western standpoint, and only the parts favorable for them honored.
So, this war, and the Ukrianan one will go until one side defeated competly.
