The 09X SSN is seen moored in this satellite photo taken on July 12th at Huludao, alongside a 095 SSN directly underneath, a (possibly experimental) trimaran submersible vessel at the bottom center, and a 094/A/B SSBN at the bottom right.

The quality of the photo may be playing tricks on my eyes - But the 09X SSN looks a bit "chonkier" than the 095 SSN(?)

People have been waiting for 095 for so long, the new SSN is the naval equivilent of if H-20 came out just to be moged by an even newer aircraft 2 weeks later.

Very high. We have rumors of a "09VA" and the baseline assumption should be that this is it.

Btw, CHUNGUS submarine. Absolute unit. It's as wide as the 09IV.

Could just simply be a more "improved" 09V, though it likely has less VLS cells.

Ayi says they're all "09V series", so maybe further confirming those two are 095As
