Great work as always, but just to ask are there not even claims of at least one 096 SSBN under construction? I have the feeling i might have read something to that effect on SDF not that long back, but maybe my memory is faulty. Also, are there rumours about a third 09X as seen in your table?
There are claims, yes - Though I don't think we've seen hull modules that would correspond to what we're currently expecting of the 096 SSBN to be like yet.
That 3rd 09X SSN is just a misidentified boat on a floating dry dock/barge from late-March and early-April.

The Jianggezhuang Naval Base near Qingdao is currently undergoing a massive expansion. Posted by @foolsball on Twitter.
By overlapping 3 months' worth of satellite imagery of the area, it seems that most of the (construction) barges are aligned along the 3 green lines, which could be built into breakwater walls. The possible piers for mooring submarines are denoted by the shorter blue lines, with possible entrances to the mooring basin marked in dashed yellow lines.

PLAN submariner discloses that his submarine successfully used a massive surface vessel (carrier???) for practice torpedo run without detection.
