Could be last call for Hegseth.
I'm not sure if this time you'll call this Trump doing a Trump. After all Hegseth was one of those who was all in on this war and gave his "trust me bro" guarantee that it would be a cakewalk. Firing him is actually a sensible decision for any presidency. (as in, besides not putting someone like him in that position to start with)

Hegseth made many reasonable reforms; if he were finally fired, I don't think his successor would have similar political savvy.
Trump will also blame Anthropic, he used Mythos model and it promised him a quick victory

Hegseth needs some kind of reward for his loyal service.
Thinking back how Trump was unfairly robbed of his Nobel peace prize by whats-her-face, why doesn't Trump create a Trump Peace Prize? You could make a TV show out of it hosted by the President himself at the Whitehouse with an award of 10 Billion USD funded by the US government. Hegseth and Rubio can both be nominated for it along with Barron Trump. The nominees will be given a fair chance to answer why they deserve to win. The public will then be invited vote for the winner (calls charged at Premium rate). It'll be an amazing and exciting spectacle. Think his much dignity and gravitas it will add to the presidency!

Or they or any wannabe winner can fight it out in the UFC Octagon ring where winner can get the Orange Caligula's favour for the week and even was suggested by the PsychoDressup Barbie-Puppy killer Kristi Noem(?) that immigrants/non-white folks can fight it out for a Green card ,food etc -all for the pleasure /profit of the Orange One-and monies will be made by this evil cabal as fees and of course betting-Onion World indeed but Barron Trump is already rigged to win.
