Well, unless you(China) want to make a statement about that.
It's quite apparent that this is the Chinese way of communicating things...
The PLA doesn’t like to fly drones over populated areas.

If they wanted to communicate “J-36 + GJ-11” (those aren’t even GJ-11 in that picture), then they’d just tow them out off the hangar and park them on the apron at Malan for a couple of hours on a clear sunny day.

Probably with a huge H-20 Easter egg included, that nobody gets until after it’s finally revealed.

Being sure enough to fly drones over populated area in a formation is one hell of a statement in itself.

Drones under sun or even on trucks at tiananmen aren't quite there.

First official tease for J-36, it came at the very end of the latest mini-movie about Y-20 where the FO was asking his captain what aircraft is coming in for refueling and he said "先加六爷,再加小六" before panning to a shot of this J-36 lookalike thingy.

Possibly J-36 as 六爷 and J-XDS (or UADFs) as 小六?
