Doesn't add anything new but confirms it is in fact officially called HQ-16F in PLA service.

This seems to say the weight is 1304kg and the dimension is ????mm*5637mm. Weight seems quite high and might include the canister.

It likely is the canister weight, listing bare missile weight doesn't make sense operationally as AFAIK these VLS tubes should come prepackaged as a single unit.

Interesting that the launch containers are still the same. one would have expected them to be different and a bit narrower/lighter, given that the missile itself has a slimmer footprint. One should be able to keep the same interface on the truck, with slimmer containers still fitting inside the brace with some spacers built into a container.

Judging from the model, no. The HQ-16F's rear fins cannot fold and almost completely fill the launch tube.
