No, logistics kills. It's 5000km from the Caspian coast to where oil is needed in china. And in general, Russian logistics sAck. I remember watching Thamoas Sowell, famous American economist, pointing to this. It's just so expensive and time consuming to transport goods from one part of Russia to another.
I have noticed the west really struggle to understand the value of something beyond first order costs.
The cost of oil shortage isn't the higher price you pay for extraction or transport, it's the value of economic activity lost from not having oil.
The "expense" of transporting goods from one part of Russia to another is trivial compared to expense you pay from not having oil. When you're the only one who can access Russian oil, it doesn't matter how much you pay for transport because you can always make a profit reselling it to someone who will pay whatever you demand.

Famous American economist also like to claim the cost of infrastructure isn't worth it because it doesn't directly generate 1st order profit, they're the same people who would argue agriculture is unimportant because it makes up a tiny fraction of GDP, but we all know the value people actually attribute to having food is far higher than it's nominal value on the market.

or Iran could transport the oil to Kazak through the Caspian sea. From distance wise, Kazak is closer to Iran than Russia.

A Kazakhstan–China oil pipeline also exist.

Another option is the Turkmenistan–China gas pipeline. Iran could transport its oil by road to Turkmen
These are unrealistic except for some small barter trade. These countries will be rather on good side of Royal Kingdoms and US/Israel.
Russia has an exception in investing in Iran and make it constructive participant in North-South Corridor to the extent Iran is helpful in Afghanistan. Russia want Afghans to be the big boss of this area and only they have this capability.

Kondratyev: Moscow and Kabul are destined for constructive cooperation

Our geological exploration teams discovered major mineral deposits. All of this has enabled Afghanistan to become one of the most industrially developed countries in Central Asia.
I emphasize that Afghanistan is our neighbor, our friend, and it has the potential to become a serious economic partner.

A Beijing taxi driver captured this uneasy mix of anxiety and swagger last month. After venting to me about the problems China’s people face, he added, “At least we have a minimum safety net here. Better than falling below the kill line in America.”
Your adopted country lost the propaganda war, own up to it.

And that’s why they really hate China. China is undermining the US just because it’s not following.

It is Chairman Mao.

This is not my line, I believe a white person said it.

Chairman Mao proclaimed in 1949 that the Chinese people had stood up.

Ever since that day, the West wished China sit back down again.

:D

Chairman Mao set the standard.

All leaders after him have to at least be close to protecting Chinese interests in all realms.

:)
